I am glad to see we are are a "breed" and not isolated individuals privately obbsessing about these adventures. I make my first trek from SW Washington to the "promise land" in early to mid April for the skwalas. I spend 6 months looking forward to that week while my wife spends 6 months dreading the 6 weeks before and the checking and re-checking my gear, checking the weather, and on and on. Cheap motels, bad meals, some good company...throw in some good fly fishing and it sounds almost like heaven to me! Tight Lines! I look forward to hearing about the trip.
