The plugin even shows you a handy dandy counter of how many spammers they have blocked for you. Outdooress.com's current count is 351 blocked that I've never had to deal with. But that's about as far as it goes. Awesome job keeping the other kind of SPAM out of here. For my "normal" job, I must deal with it on a daily basis. I must say that it is VERY annoying. Sometimes, though it's down right hilarious. I used to wonder if people really fall for it, until I worked for Dell computers (yes, that's one letter removed from HELL). Oh, the stories I could tell. People calling in wanting to know how to get porn off of their computer, and all other kinds of retarded stuff. To answer your question, if there are people out there that are stupid enough to buy their shit? Yes, Kirk, people out there fall for it all the time. The gene pool could use a good cleansing. Remember, if it's in black & white, printed on a page, people will take it for the absolute truth. Ignorance is rampant. It ALMOST makes me sad that there are people out there that frigging gullible. Being a part of the computer industry for 10+ years has really opened my eyes to how ignorant and gullible people really are. It's sad. But to the spammers out there. I agree, get a life, but stay off the water. Remember SPAM, the real mystery meat, makes the world go round.
